D&E are pleased to advise that we have been successful with our tender for a project at 35 Dalmore Drive, Caribbean Gardens Estate with Wilkore. Over the years D&E have undertaken a significant portion of the works on the Estate for Wilkore and it is pleasing to continue our relationship with this office development.
The project is a multi-storey office development comprising two four storey buildings (North and South) with below ground carpark levels. Total office space is approx. 16,000m2 and there is a similar amount of carparking space. The site is not far from our Rowvillle office and is located near the Eastlink BP petrol station (east). Site excavation is already underway. Some key details are:
