We are pleased to announce that D&E have been awarded the Mechanical Services contract for the new Swanston Square Development by Contexx.
The Swanston Square development is a prestige apartment tower with retail tenancies and car parking on the lower levels, 27 levels of apartments and Skydeck, Cinema and Spa facilities at Level 31. The development is located on the former Carlton Brewery site at the northern end of Swanston Street and incorporates refurbishments of the existing Malt Store on the site.
